Donate to Support Hawthorne Families!
/We recently learned that because of COVID, Hawthorne's community partners are not able to provide their usual level of critical support for our families in need this winter season. Hawthorne staff and administration have been working endlessly to identify needs and find support for our students and families, and they need our help.
WHAT are we doing? Given COVID restraints and in an effort to limit contact, we are raising money to be used for gift cards for one-stop shops (with delivery options) where families can purchase food and clothing. Hawthorne will coordinate the purchasing and distribution of gift cards to families in need before heading out for winter break on December 18th.
HOW you can help:
Donate on the FOH Home Page. Our goal is to raise $5,000 by Monday, December 14.
Please add "winter support" in the 'Add special instructions to the seller' field.Drop off personal hygiene and household supplies to FOH Co-President, Dana Math. She will take them to the school all at once to limit contact.
Items Needed: Shampoo / conditioner, deodorant, soap, laundry detergent, toothbrushes / toothpaste, lotion, etc.
