To have your budget request considered for inclusion in next year’s FOH budget, please complete and submit the form below. Or print this PDF and email it to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a paper copy in the FOH mailbox (or, do both) by the end of March. Emerging or late submissions will be considered, but timely submissions make planning easier.
Budget requests will be discussed at the April FOH Board Meeting. The budget will be formally voted on at the May FOH General Meeting. Emerging requests will be reviewed at a scheduled FOH board meeting and may need to be voted on at a FOH general meeting.
